• this is best suited to primary school age children 6 to 12 years old with a parent to attend.

• We all have a guardian angel, how cool would it be to be able to connect with yours, well guess what you can! Come and discover how to connect with the angels and find out how they can help you with your friendships, school and help you let go of any worries. This is an interactive workshop.

• An introduction to crystals and their colour and energetic vibration. How they correspond with our energy centres, the Chakras and the energy of colours. How to choose easy-to-find crystals to heal and balance issues in your daily life.

• Nancy is a Soul and Theta Healing practitioner, she also owned and ran a crystal shop in Edinburgh, Scotland for many years and has been fascinated by crystals her whole life.

Imagine laying down and having crystals placed on your body while you are being taken on a magical and fun journey through a guided meditation. You will learn a little bit about crystals and get to take one home with you. This workshop will help you relax, heal and get grounded.

Kali is the goddess of wild, uninhibited freedom. She destroys the ego to create a deeper connection to inner power. This practice will connect you more deeply to your true center using yoga and free movement. Saraswati Flow She is the goddess of wisdom and flow. In this practice, we will explore flow as an experience of full body connection and awareness, with the intention of helping the students remember their intuitive wisdom held in the body. $30
